What material can Manhart (Guangdong) CNC Machine Tool Co., Ltd. cut with its laser cutting machine?

Laser cutting machines can cut and process various materials, including but not limited to the following materials:
1. Metal materials:
*Stainless steel: Laser cutting can easily cut stainless steel plates, with a maximum thickness of up to 4mm.
*Alloy steel: Most alloy steels can be cut by laser and have good blade quality. However, it should be noted that tool steel and hot work mold steel with high tungsten content may produce corrosion and slag inclusion during laser cutting.
*Carbon steel: Modern laser cutting systems can cut carbon steel plates with a maximum thickness that is very close, and the cutting seam of thin plates can be narrow to about 0.1mm. The heat affected zone of laser cutting of low-carbon steel is extremely small, and the incision is flat, smooth, and has good verticality. For high carbon steel, the quality of the laser cutting edge is better than that of low carbon steel, but its heat affected zone is larger.
*Other metal materials: such as silicon steel, spring steel, aluminum, aluminum alloy, galvanized sheet, aluminum zinc plated sheet, pickled sheet, copper, silver, gold, titanium, etc. Among them, aluminum cutting belongs to melting cutting, which uses auxiliary gas to blow away the molten material in the cutting area, thereby obtaining better cutting surface quality. However, it should be noted that copper is not suitable for laser cutting.
2. Non metallic materials:
*Organic materials: such as plastics (polymers), rubber, wood, paper products, leather, natural and synthetic fabrics, etc.
*Inorganic materials: such as quartz, ceramics, etc.
In addition, laser cutting machines have the characteristic of good processing flexibility, which can not only process any shape, but also cut pipes and other irregular materials. Moreover, it can perform deformation free cutting on any hardness material such as steel plates, stainless steel, aluminum alloy plates, hard alloys, etc.
Please note that although laser cutting machines have a wide range of material applicability, the optimal cutting parameters for different materials may vary. In practical operation, appropriate cutting parameters should be selected based on the type, thickness, and cutting requirements of the material.
