2、 Operational safety
During the operation, the operator should always stand in the safe area of the equipment and avoid contact with the moving parts of the equipment.
2. Strictly follow the operating procedures and do not change the working parameters or operating procedures of the equipment at will.
3. Cleaning, maintenance and other work are prohibited during the operation of the equipment. It must be stopped and the power must be cut off before proceeding.
4. Overloading of equipment is prohibited to ensure that the size, weight, and hardness of the processed materials meet the specifications of the equipment.
During the operation, if there is any abnormal sound, vibration, or odor, the machine should be stopped immediately for inspection, and the fault should be eliminated before continuing the operation.
3、 Installation and Maintenance

2. Regularly maintain and upkeep the moving parts, lubrication system, and electrical system of the equipment to maintain its good condition.

5、 Post operation cleaning
After completing the operation, the equipment should be thoroughly cleaned and inspected to ensure that it is in a clean and tidy state.
2. The cleaning work should include the cleaning of key parts such as the workbench, fixtures, and rollers, and the removal of residual oil stains, waste materials, etc.
During the cleaning process, attention should be paid to avoiding contact with moving parts of the equipment to ensure safety.
6、 Precautions
1. The operator shall strictly comply with the provisions and requirements of this specification to ensure the safe operation of the equipment.
2. It is prohibited to stack debris or flammable materials around the equipment, and to maintain a clean and safe environment around the equipment.
Before using the equipment, it is necessary to confirm that all safety protection devices are in normal condition and not to dismantle or stop using them without authorization.
4. It is prohibited to leave the work position or engage in other activities unrelated to operation during the operation of the equipment.
5. Operators should regularly self check and self inspect the equipment to ensure its normal operation and safe use.
