1. Ordinary standard upper and lower molds: used for bending angles of 90 ° -180 °, suitable for thick and thin plates, durable, and widely used.
2. Sharp blade die: used for bending angles of 20 ° -180 °, capable of bending smaller angles and sizes, with a smaller R-curve after bending, beautiful and sharp edges.
3. Big bending die (goose neck die): used for bending at angles of 30 ° -180 °, suitable for “U” shaped products that cannot be completed by standard and pointed dies, with a wide range of applications.
4. Flattening die: used for tapping dead edges and used in conjunction with pointed dies. First, use a pointed die to bend the workpiece into an angle less than 45 °, and then press it flat to form a dead edge, mainly used for reinforcing the frame.
5. Offset die (also known as “Z” die): mainly used for one-time bending of small-sized “Z” shaped workpieces, divided into fixed and adjustable types.
6. Forming molds: including arc molds, door frame one-time forming molds, U-shaped forming molds, lamp post molds, etc., usually used for bending complex products, including multiple bending angles and styles. A one-time bending forming mold is designed to improve bending accuracy and efficiency.
7. Same core mold: a lower mold used in conjunction with a CNC bending machine, consisting of a mold holder and segmented lower molds. Same core refers to simply changing to the designated slot when using any slot, without the need to realign the upper and lower mold positions. It is convenient to change molds and has high processing accuracy.
