What factors may cause punching machine failures in Manhart (Guangdong) CNC Machine Tool Co., Ltd?

There are various factors that can cause malfunctions in punching machines, mainly including the following:
1. High temperature of hydraulic oil: Hydraulic punching machines rely on hydraulic oil to convert power energy. When the machine operates for a long time, the oil temperature in the hydraulic system will increase. When the oil temperature reaches a certain temperature, the automatic protection device of the machine will work, resulting in a short period of power outage and the machine cannot start.
2. Excessive cylinder pressure: Each punching machine’s cylinder has its corresponding pressure value. If the pressure is set too high, it is highly likely that the machine will automatically stop. So, during use, it is important to adjust the pressure value of the oil cylinder to the appropriate range and not exceed the larger pressure value that the punching machine oil cylinder can withstand.
3. Machine circuit failure: If the electrical board of the electrical box malfunctions, it can also cause the punching machine to trip. This requires us to regularly inspect and maintain it, and replace aging and abnormal circuits in a timely manner.

4. If the particle size of the rock slag is too large or the specific gravity of the cleaning mud water is too high, it will cause the mud water after cleaning the hole to be unable to suspend the rock slag and bring it out of the pile hole, thus forming long-term sediment. This will affect the impact force of cement on the mud water at the bottom of the pile hole, which may lead to mixing and interlayer (pile breakage).
5. The time from the cleaning of the hole by the punching pile machine to the opening of the cement is too long: it causes the previously suspended rock slag to sink back to the bottom of the pile hole, and these precipitated rock slag are too thick to be lifted back and become long-term sediment, leading to quality problems during construction.
6. The distance between the lower end of the cement injection pipe of the punching pile machine and the bottom of the pile hole is too high: This affects the impact force of the cement on the mud and water at the bottom of the pile hole, and may cause the initial injected cement to be unable to wrap around the lower end of the pipe, resulting in mixing and interlayer (pile breakage).
7. The initial injection of cement has too little collapse and poor fluidity: this affects the impact effect of cement and leads to bottom mixing.
8. The inner wall of the conduit is too rough: it reduces the initial velocity of cement falling into the conduit during injection, affecting the impact effect of cement and causing bottom sedimentation.
9. Improper operation: For example, inaccurate punching position, insufficient punching force, etc. can also cause malfunctions.
To ensure the normal operation of the punching machine, it is recommended to regularly inspect and maintain the above factors, and also pay attention to the training and safety education of operators to avoid malfunctions caused by improper operation.
