How Manhart (Guangdong) CNC Co., Ltd. ensures safe operation of punching and shearing machines

Production process of punching and shearing machines
1、 Material preparation
Before starting production, material preparation is necessary first. This includes determining the required raw materials, such as steel, electronic components, etc., and ensuring that the quality of these materials meets production requirements. In addition, necessary auxiliary materials such as lubricating oil, coolant, etc. need to be prepared. For different production needs, it may be necessary to choose materials of different specifications and qualities.
2、 Mold design
Mold design is an important part of the production process of punching and shearing machines. Design and optimize the structure and dimensions of the mold based on product requirements and design requirements. Mold design needs to consider multiple factors such as the shape, size, accuracy, and material characteristics of the parts. The designed mold needs to undergo careful proofreading and review to ensure that it meets the design requirements.
3、 Equipment debugging
After completing the mold design, equipment debugging is required. The main task at this stage is to ensure that the various performance indicators of the punching and shearing machine meet production requirements. Equipment installation and debugging need to be carried out according to production needs and process requirements. This includes checking the structure, size, and installation position of the equipment, as well as adjusting the parameters and operating status of the equipment. Ensure that the equipment is in a stable and reliable state for production operations.

4、 Processing operations
After the equipment debugging is completed, processing operations can begin. According to the production plan and process requirements, carry out processing operations according to certain operating procedures. The operator needs to be proficient in the operation skills of the punching and shearing machine, and make necessary adjustments and optimizations according to the actual situation. During the processing, it is necessary to pay attention to the operating status and processing quality of the machine, and promptly address any potential problems that may arise.
5、 Quality inspection
Quality inspection is an important step in ensuring the processing quality of punching and shearing machines. At this stage, quality inspection and evaluation of the processed parts are required. The inspection content includes multiple aspects such as the size, shape, and surface quality of the parts. The test results need to be recorded and analyzed in order to promptly identify and resolve potential issues. Only parts that have passed quality testing can be considered as finished or semi-finished products.
6、 Finished product packaging
After completing the quality inspection, it is necessary to carry out finished product packaging work. Packaging needs to consider factors such as shock resistance, moisture resistance, and dust prevention to ensure that parts are not damaged during transportation and storage. Choose appropriate packaging materials and methods based on the actual situation, and ensure the firmness and reliability of the packaging. Basic information such as product name, specifications, and quantity should be marked on the packaging for easy management and tracking.
7、 Production records
To ensure traceability and quality management of the production process, it is necessary to fill out and organize production records. Production records should include procurement records of raw materials, design and manufacturing records of molds, usage and maintenance records of equipment, process records of processing operations, and records of quality inspection results. By managing and analyzing production records, problems in the production process can be identified and resolved in a timely manner, improving production efficiency and product quality. Meanwhile, production records are also an important basis for quality management in enterprises.
