Description
This machine is a three roll profile coiling machine that integrates mechanics and electronics. The high speed
output of the motor is converted into the required high torque and low speed through transmission devices
(couplings, reducers, gears, etc.), which drive the two fixed position active rollers to achieve rotational
motion and provide torque for the walking of the profile. The passive roller controls the diameter size
by moving forward and backward through an oil cylinder to achieve displacement. Three work rolls
are distributed in an isosceles triangle, and the arc formed by these three points is adjusted by the
moving rolls to achieve the desired bending radius. With the help of the compression of the passive
rolls and the rotational motion of the two active rolls, the profile is continuously bent multiple times
to produce permanent plastic deformation, which is used to roll the profile into circular, arc-shaped
and other workpieces under normal temperature conditions.
