Practical operation process for the entry-level CNC bending machine of Manhart (Guangdong) CNC Machine Tool Co., Ltd

Practical operation process for CNC bending machine introduction
1、 Preparation for startup
Before turning on the CNC bending machine, please ensure that the power supply is connected properly and check if the machine’s switch is working properly.
2. Clean the workbench and inside the machine to ensure there are no debris or dust.
3. Check if the cutting tools and molds are in good condition, without any wear or damage.
2、 Loading operation
1. Choose a suitable workbench and fixture based on the type and size of material to be bent.
2. Place the material in an appropriate working area and secure it with fixtures. Ensure that the material is placed stably and will not move during the bending process.
3、 Die selection
1. Choose the appropriate mold based on the desired bending shape and size. The mold should match the thickness and hardness of the material.
2. Install the mold in the appropriate position on the machine and ensure it is securely installed.

4、 Adjusting parameters
1. Open the control panel of the CNC bending machine and select the appropriate bending program.
2. Adjust the machine parameters based on the type, thickness, and bending angle of the material. Ensure that the parameter settings are correct to avoid errors or damage during the bending process.
5、 Bending operation
1. Press the start button to start the bending operation. Observe the operation status of the machine to ensure a smooth bending process.
During the bending process, pay attention to the deformation and temperature changes of the material. If any abnormal situation is found, immediately stop the machine for inspection and handling.
3. Adjust parameters or replace molds in a timely manner to meet different bending needs.
6、 Cutting and finished product inspection
After the bending operation is completed, use a fixture to remove the material from the workbench. Check if the shape and size of the finished product meet the requirements.
If errors or defects are found in the finished product, analyze the reasons and make adjustments. Continuously improve operational skills and quality awareness.
7、 Clean up the site
After completing a batch of bending tasks, clean the work area and remove waste and debris. Maintain a clean and orderly workplace to improve work efficiency.
2. Check all parts of the machine to ensure there are no debris or wear. Clean up oil or dust to maintain the machine in good working condition.
