1、 Preparation for startup

Before starting up, the following preparations need to be made:

  3. Check if the control system is functioning properly, including power supply, controller, cables, etc.
  4. Clean the environment around the equipment to ensure that there are no debris or obstacles.

2、 Security check

Before operation, the following safety checks need to be carried out:

  1. Check whether the safety protection device of the equipment is intact. If there is any damage or failure, it should be repaired or replaced in a timely manner.
  2. Check the stability of the equipment to ensure that it does not shake or move during operation.
  3. Check if the bending mold is intact. If there is wear or damage, it should be replaced or repaired in a timely manner.
  4. Check the environment around the equipment to ensure that there are no personnel or other obstacles.

3、 Load program

Before operation, it is necessary to select a suitable bending program and input relevant parameters. The specific steps are as follows:

  1. Open the operation interface of the CNC system and select the bending program.
  2. Enter parameters such as bending angle and length, and calibrate and adjust them.

After confirming that the program and parameters are correct, load the program into the CNC system.

4、 Adjusting parameters

During the bending process, relevant parameters need to be adjusted according to the actual situation, and the specific steps are as follows:

  1. Adjust the position of the slider according to the thickness and size of the sheet to be bent.
  2. Adjust the angle and position of the mold according to the required bending angle and length.
  3. Adjust the speed, pressure, and other parameters of the equipment according to the actual situation.

5、 Trial bending

Before formal bending, a trial bending is required, and the specific steps are as follows:

  1. Start the equipment, perform a trial bending, and check whether the bending angle, length, and other parameters meet the requirements.
  2. Check the operation status of the equipment and make timely adjustments if there are any problems.

After confirming that the equipment is functioning properly, formal bending can be carried out.

6、 Normal bending

After the trial bending is normal, normal bending can be carried out, and the specific steps are as follows:

  1. Place the sheet metal that needs to be bent on the feeding device and adjust the position of the stopper.
  2. Press the start button and the device will start bending. During the bending process, it is necessary to observe the operating status and bending results of the machine, and if there are any abnormalities, stop the machine in a timely manner for inspection and handling.
  3. Repeat the above steps for continuous bending.

7、 End work

After all bending tasks are completed, the following work needs to be carried out:

  1. Press the stop button to stop the device from working.
  2. Take out the bent board and clean the waste and debris around the equipment.
