Instructions for using oil electric servo CNC bending machine
1、 Introduction
This user manual aims to provide users with guidance on the operation, maintenance, and safe use of oil electric servo CNC bending machines. Please carefully read these instructions before use and operate according to the requirements to ensure the normal operation and safety of the equipment.
2、 Equipment Overview
The oil electric servo CNC bending machine is a modern bending equipment driven by an oil electric servo system and controlled by a CNC system. It has the characteristics of high precision, high efficiency, and high stability, and is widely used in the bending processing industry of metal sheets.
3、 Operation Guide
1. Preparation for startup
(1) Check the surrounding environment of the equipment to ensure that there are no obstacles and the passage is unobstructed.
(2) Check if all parts of the equipment are intact, especially the sliders, molds, electrical systems, and other parts.
(3) Turn on the power switch and observe if the device display screen is working properly.
2. Parameter settings
(1) Set corresponding parameters in the CNC system according to the requirements of sheet material, thickness, and bending angle.
(2) Check if the parameter settings are correct and proceed to the next step after ensuring they are correct.
3. Plate placement and positioning
(1) Place the sheet to be bent on the equipment workbench and use a positioning device to position the sheet.
(2) Ensure that the board is placed flat, stable, and free from warping or deviation.
4. Bending operation
(1) According to the set parameters, start the oil electric servo system and control the slider to perform bending action.
(2) During the bending process, observe the bending of the sheet metal, and if there are any abnormalities, stop the machine for inspection in a timely manner.
5. Shutdown and maintenance
(1) After completing the bending operation, lower the equipment slider to the lowest position and turn off the CNC system and power switch.
(2) Regularly maintain the equipment, such as cleaning oil stains and inspecting fasteners, to ensure stable performance.
4、 Precautions
When operating the equipment, please be sure to follow the safety operating procedures and wear safety protective equipment.
During the bending process, do not put your hands or other objects into the mold to avoid danger.
3. Regularly inspect key components such as electrical and hydraulic systems of the equipment to ensure their normal operation.
If any malfunction or abnormal situation is found in the equipment, please stop the machine immediately for inspection and contact professional personnel for repair in a timely manner.
5、 Troubleshooting and maintenance
If the equipment malfunctions during operation, first check whether the power supply, electrical circuits, etc. are normal.
2. Check whether the oil level, oil temperature, pressure, etc. of the hydraulic system are within the specified range.
